BOARD OF DIRECTORS :-

1. The company is administered by a board consisting of persons elected or appointed as directors in manner consistent with the provisions of part IXA of the act and the board shall be accountable to the members.

2. As per the AOA, The number of directors shall not be less than five and shall not be more than fifteen.

3. Present Strength of the Board is 7

COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD :-

1. NO. OF DIRECTORS TO BE ELECTED: Minimum 5 and maximum 11 Directors shall be elected from the representatives of members.

2. EXPERT DIRECTORS – Maximum 3 (Not exceeding one fifth of total number of directors).

3. ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR APPOINTED BY BOARD – 1

4. Ex-Officio Director- Chief Executive Officer (May be Designated as Managing Director)
